BOOKING TERMS

Important Notes:

• Excursions are subject to change due to poor weather conditions
• Minimum of 7 passengers required for the organized trips in order to take place
• No refunds after boats departure
• Children price up to 8 years old
• You need to be at least 15 minutes before the embarkation time

Payment Policy

• Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to secure your booking for private trips, required all the amount at the time of booking. Bookings has to take place at least 15 days before the departure, according to the availability.
• In order to secure your booking for organized trips, required all the amount at the time of booking. Bookings has to take place at least 18 hours before the departure, according to the availability.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that the cruise, the trip and/or schedule may be subject to alteration at the Captain’s discretion due to adverse weather conditions/technical reasons, so as to ensure the safety of our passengers. In this instance, passengers have the following options:

• Receive a full refund via the payment method with which the booking was made (within 3 working days).
• Choose the cruise on a different date, subject to availability.
• In the event of re-scheduling a cruise for technical reasons, we will advise you of the reason & revised destination/timetable in as much advance as possible for you. That way, you have the option to either participate in the next available cruise of your choice or to receive a full refund.

In case that the passenger want to cancel his booking for any reason:

PRIVATE TRIPS:

For cancellations of 14 days or more from the departure date, will have 100% refund of the total fare, minus 100€ for cancellation fees, via the payment method with which the booking was made (within 3 working days).

Cancellations from 7-13 days prior the departure, will be withholding 50% of the total fare.

From 0 – 7 days prior the departure, will be withholding 100% of the total fare.

Customer making a reservation accepts and agrees with the booking terms and the cancellation policy.
